If you are an ACPS student, graduate, teacher, parent, or anything else that has involved you with Alexandria City Public Schools, we need your statements! Please let us know how you feel about ACPS and what it has done to benefit your life. Let us know how decreasing ACPS' budget would effect you negatively.
We want to know how blackboard, the laptops, teachers, special events, teaching strategies, and anything else in ACPS helps you to succeed and learn more!
The hearing at City Council takes place on April 9, 2007! We need to work fast to make sure our public schools get all the money they need to keep its students motivated, educated, and successful! Please help us in this worthy cause and let us know in a few sentences how YOU the customers of ACPS feel!
We will have a petition going around the city and our schools so look out for that as well and make sure you take part!
Remember, you do not have to attend the city hall hearing to support the full funding! Your statements will help just as much! So please email us your statements!
